- DIAG AND FOUND THAT IDLER PULLEY AND TENSIONER FAILED AND MADE SERP BELT TAKE OUT THERMOSTAT AND CONNECTOR. TECH FOUND ENGINE OIL COOLER OR HOUSING LEAKING OIL. THESE ARE THINGS THAT NEED TO BE DONE FIRST TO DETERMINE IF ANYTHING ELSE DAMAGED. SUGGEST OIL CHANGE DUE TO OIL BEING OVER FULL AND OIL CAP BROKEN.
- THERMOSTAT – Remove & Replace
- THERMOSTAT CONNECTOR – REPLACEMENT
- ENGINE OIL COOLER – Remove & Replace – [DOES NOT include flush systems.]
- DRIVE BELT IDLER PULLEY – Remove & Replace – One – [Includes: Replace Belt (if necessary).]
- DRIVE BELT TENSIONER – Remove & Replace
- ALTERNATOR DRIVE BELT – Remove & Replace – [Includes: Serpentine and V-Belt type Belt(s).]
- CHANGE ENGINE OIL, FILTER AND LUBE LABOR
- BATTERY – Remove & Replace – Front or Rear – [Includes: Test.]
- SUBLET….GAS
